AstroCulture is committed to providing you with an insightful and reliable experience. However, certain terms govern our refund and cancellation policy, ensuring transparency and clarity for our valued customers.

  1. Non-Refundable Orders:
    No refund shall be processed once an order has reached the “processing” stage (i.e., assigned to an astrologer). The customer bears full responsibility for verifying all details before order confirmation. AstroCulture is not responsible for any refund once processing begins.
  2. Order Cancellation Before Execution:
    If you wish to cancel a successfully placed order before it enters processing, please contact our customer care within 1 hour of payment. Refunds are subject to AstroCulture’s discretion after this timeframe.
  3. Technical Delays:
    Technical delays or interruptions on the website do not qualify for refunds, including delays in report generation. All timelines are approximate; we make every effort to adhere to displayed timelines.
  4. Incorrect Information or Data:
    AstroCulture is not liable for refunds if inaccurate data or information is provided by the user. Please review all information carefully before submission. You may request corrections within 1 hour of service initiation, subject to approval.
  5. Service Use:
    AstroCulture’s services are not substitutes for professional medical, emotional, or philosophical guidance. We hold no liability for the perceived effects of astrological services or gemstones on individual well-being.
  6. “Call with Astrologer” Feature:
    No refund shall be processed if the contact number provided for calls is incorrect or unavailable at the time of the call. Users are responsible for answering calls promptly in a good coverage area.
  7. Multiple Payments:
    In the event of duplicate payments, AstroCulture will refund the additional amount in full. We advise users to confirm if their bank accounts are debited before reinitiating payment. Refunds once processed will be credited to the customer’s original payment mode within 30 business days.
  8. Order Cancellation by AstroCulture:
    AstroCulture reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded back to the source with in 7-10 days.
